- You will need a personal computer with access to the internet and Adobe Acrobat Reader to access and retain electronic records generated through the My Dog Tess online listing service.
- You have the right to have all records provided in paper or non-electronic form. To receive a paper copy of your records send a request identifying your property and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Paper Copy, 1401 Cates Hickory Hill Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278.
- You have the right to revoke your consent to deal electronically at any time. To revoke your right to deal electronically send a request identifying your property and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Revocation, 1401 Cates Hickory Hill Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278. Upon revocation of your request, paper copies of your records will be sent to you and your account in the My Dog Tess online listing service will be deleted.
