Rental Program for Landlords

My Dog Tess will advertise your rental property in the Triangle or Triad Multiple Listing Service for one year (or until the property is leased) for $500.  The advertisement will appear on internet sites like Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, and the thousands of websites that pull data from the Multiple Listing Services.  

You will receive a yard sign, lock box, and access to the appointment center to handle showings which can be coordinated with your current tenant if needed.  In addition, your contact information will be posted on the yard sign so that renters can contact you.  You will be responsible for negotiating lease terms with the new tenant.  However, My Dog Tess provides rental contracts at no charge and for an additional fee we can run credit checks on your tenants if you like.

To advertise your property for rent in the MLS simply create an account below, select flat-fee rentals, and enter your property information.  An MDT agent will contact you once you have completed the listing process.
